Obituary of David Wayne Anderson
It is great sadness we announce the passing of another beloved member of our family, our brother, uncle and friend David Anderson on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the St. Boniface Hospital.
Dave was born on July 20, 1946 in Morris, Manitoba the first child of Glenn and Ellen Anderson.
Dave worked at various jobs over the years, working for Manitoba Hydro for almost 30 years, a job he really enjoyed, until his retirement.
Dave was all about family, dedicating his life to helping all of us, if he was able, when we needed him. He was kind, funny, intelligent and generous to a fault. Behind his somewhat gruff exterior laid a heart of gold and he will be missed by those who loved him dearly.
Dave was predeceased by his parents Glenn and Ellen and his sister Andrea. Left to grieve his passing are his sister and brother-in-law Glenda and Les Funk; brother Ron, and sister Midge. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews Angi (Brad) Day, Matty, Miranda and Sebastian; Michelle Munford (Denis) Kimber, Brooke and Martine; Leanne (Adam) Petrin, Tanner and Travis; Dave (Kellie) Funk, Corey and Tyson; Mike (Sherry) Funk, Ethan, Achilles and Jayden; Caitlin (Alex) Hartin and Finley.
“Always loved, never forgotten, forever in our hearts”

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of David
