FITKOWSKI, David Michael Hales – surrounded by his loving family at the University Hospital, London on Sunday, December 12th, 2021 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Dale Fitkowski of Greens Corners. Loving father of Dana Fitkowski of Port Elgin, his late daughter Violet, Tony Fitkowski of Simcoe, Bryce Fitkowski of Simcoe and the late Nicolas (2001). David will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Dianne Gunter (Jim) of Fonthill, Bill Fitkowski of Bowmanville and Peter Fitkowski (Peggy) of Niagara Falls. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews & extended family. A private family funeral will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3. Those wishing to donate in memory of David are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation. Donations may be mailed to the funeral home.
