Obituary of Darlene Styles
(nee Bond)
June 9, 1939-October 6, 2021
It is with sadness we announce that Darlene passed away peacefully at the Almonte Country Haven, Wednesday October 6, 2021 at the age of 82. Daughter of the late Harry “Blondie” and Eva (Riddell) Bond. Survived by children; Laurie Ledgerwood, Julie Styles and Trent Styles, sisters; Marilyn Wilson of Arnprior, Linda Beck of Ottawa, Debra Gore (Gary) of Toronto and Donna Freeman (late Daryl) of Simcoe. Darlene was predeceased by brothers Douglas and Donald (Violet) and sisters Joan McLaren and Eleanor Campbell (Gordon). Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Special friend of Marilyn Ring. Her memory will live on in all the lives she touched. Special thank you to the kind staff at Almonte Country Haven for their excellent care of Darlene. Darlene’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. Interment at Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery at a later date.
