Groves, Danny
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Danny on May 17 at home after battling a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind his beloved wife Renate and his loving children Scott (Cindy), Kevin (Ron), Kelly (Kyle), Kristy and Christina (late CJ). Very proud grandfather of Amber, Kirtus, Rylee, Cassidy, Marissa, Gavin, Kaila, Kaiden, Jenah, Jase, Charlie and Charlotte. He is predeceased by his parents James and Rita Groves, sister Maureen, brothers Jimmy, Nicholas, Johnny and Vincent. Dear son-in-law of Gerta Krusch. Brother of Gerry (the late Marlene), Cathy Roncari (the late Ron), Andy, and Patty. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Danny’s love for life and positive attitude made him a fighter until the end. He loved his Ottawa Senators and Red Blacks. Private funeral arrangements.
