Corey leaves behind his loving wife Erin and sons Aidan and Ewan, parents Tom and Peggy, brothers Jay (Angela, Brooke, Kate and Dominique), Jordan (Olivia, Tori and Avery), Todd (Jodie and Tommy), sister Kenzie (Mitch, Easton and Keltie), aunts Patricia and Pennie and uncles Bob and William. Corey lived life to the fullest. He excelled at snowboarding, and in recent years with the family’s move to Interior BC, he became passionate again about mountain biking. Corey instilled a love of adventure and the outdoors in his boys. We enjoyed so many different experiences as a family, with Corey always looking ahead to the next camping trip, fishing excursion or travel opportunity.
Corey was well respected in the risk control community as a technical expert and leader in the forestry industry. He loved the work he did and was a trusted advisor. His cultivated many strong relationships with clients, colleagues and friends.
Corey will be dearly missed and leaves behind many special memories. We love you forever Corey. You will always be with us. May your spirit be free in the mountains where you so loved to be.

Erin and family, my deepest condolences for your loss. Corey and I worked together for many years, Corey was a excellent colleague, a client advocate and a good friend. Corey was certainly someone that spent time taking about and exploring the outdoors, sadly it’s fitting he leaves us doing something he held so close.
