With great sorrow, the family announces the passing of
Clifton “Clifford” Elton Yorston age 71 of
Georgetown, loving and devoted husband to the love of his life, the
late Mary Theresa (O’Brien) Yorston, occurred on Wednesday,
July 28, 2021 at the Kings County Memorial Hospital. Born in
Georgetown, July 6, 1950, son of the late Gordon and Lois J. (Larter)
Yorston. Clifford is survived by his loving and caring children, Shane
Yorston and Shannon (Thomas) Batchilder; his fur baby Dixie; sisters,
Donna Leger, Gloria Knock and Susan (George) Yorston; cherished
grandchildren, Jacob Batchilder and Mason Batchilder; several nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by son Shawn at infancy; brothers, Winston
Yorston, Russell Yorston, Gordon Yorston; sisters-in-law, Lenora,
Betty and Brenda; brothers-in-law, Eloi, Daniel and fur baby Molly.
Clifford will be forever loved and remembered
by his family, friends and all who came to know him.
No visiting by personal request. Private family
service to take place at a later date. Online condolences and
