Johnston, Clifford “Ron”:
Ron went Home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of Doris Johnston (nee Fess) for 69 years.
Loving father of Dr. Tim Johnston (Janice).
Cherished grandpa of Drew (Brooke Ericson), Jeremy (Jill Richmond), Greg (Leia) and Jeff (Patricia Fournier).
Great-grandpa of Lucas, Logan, Hazel, Colin, Easton, Grace, Griffin, Maeve, Carter and Ayden.
Predeceased by his siblings Roy, Harold and Helen.
Ron was a faithful member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, enjoying singing in the church choir. He liked spending time outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing and golfing.
Ron was a family man. He rarely missing one of his grandchildren’s hockey games.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 322 East Avenue, Kitchener. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
