Obituary for
Clifford Damien Goulet
Passed away peacefully at Village of Riverside Glen on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Yvette Morin Goulet. Loving Papa of Anne Goulet (Greg), Claude Goulet (Donna), Carole Goulet (Randy), Lorraine Elmes (Ken) and Vivianne Goulet. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Clarence (Irene) and Lucia Larabie. Fondly remembered by daughter in law Celine Goulet, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by son Clifford Goulet and siblings Bernadette Plourde, Rita Duguay, Shirley Naveau and Claude Mayers.
Cliff added so much colour to the world around us. From the silly faces he regularly gifted the loving staff of Riverside Glen, to the musicality that oozed from every cell in his body, Cliff filled every second of every day with his presence. His expert ability to make us smile and laugh could easily chase away the darkest of clouds. But first and foremost he loved God, and unquestionably cherished his wife Yvette and family. Cliff thought himself the most blessed man on earth and lived his life accordingly. We all look forward to being with you again and are super grateful for the time we have shared.
A private family service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph, on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Interment Timmins Memorial Cemetery, Timmins, ON. We invite you to leave your memories online at: www.gilchristchapel.com and they will be forwarded to the family.
