Charles Charlie Bernard Mundy November 29th 1947 July 27th 2021

Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Bluewater Health, Charlie Mundy passed away at the age of 73. Cherished father of Trish (Jeff) Flamminio, Mark Mundy (Amy Blundell), and Kim (Jon) Tino. Treasured grandfather of Madison, Kyle and Jonathan Flamminio, Tyler, Ella and Ava Mundy, and Kailee and Rylee Tino. Dear brother of Joe (Nora) Mundy, Mike (Pam) Mundy, and Mary Helen (Ray) Morreale. Loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Helen Mundy. Charlie was an avid reader, loved the news and the daily newspaper under the Bluewater Bridge while enjoying a plate of bridge fries. To honour Charlie’s memory, a plaque will be placed at the Bluewater Bridge. He had many hobbies including watching football and curling, camping and the outdoors, and dinner and cribbage clubs. Charlie’s pride and joy was spending quality time with his family, especially when he had the opportunity to cook for them. Cremation has taken place. At Charlie’s request, a private family memorial will be held.
