LEMAIRE, Charlene Marie
It is with great sadness the family of Charlene Marie Lemaire inform of her passing on November 13, 2021 at the age of 70 well in the care of Lakeridge Health Oshawa after suddenly fighting an unknown illness.
Loving wife and solemate of Allan (Skip) Fillmore for 42 years. Cherished mother of Scheshawna (Woodrow), Ray Charles, and the late Annette. Proud Grandma of Brianne, Alida, D.J. and Jasmine. Ecstatic Great-Grandmother to Kase and Aurelic-Rose. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Frances Patrica Lemaire and Sister Dianne Parks. Charlene will be greatly missed by her many extended family and friends.
Charlene enjoyed helping in the community, along side her husband, putting great effort into everything she did through the Legion with medical equipment, sick (wellness) committee, poppies, assisting Ladies Auxiliary for various celebrations for our veterans. Her dedication with the Moose Lodge (Ladies of the Moose) had her honoured, by receiving the highest honour of the Red Stowl. In her remaining spare time she shared her creativity for sewing, crocheting, knitting and painting with her daughter, granddaughter and late sister.
Charlene’s strength, determination and fighting spirit will carry with all the know and love her
Aquamation will take place through Newcastle Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
