Shorts; Cecil Roger – At home in Deseronto with his family by his side, on Sunday, April 18, 2021 in his 62nd year. Survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Charlene (nee Palmateer). Proud father of Amanda (Gordon) and Roger (Carrie) both of Deseronto. Cherished grandfather of Lucas, Nathan and Alyssa. Fondly remembered by his sister Glenna (Jim) Lees of Centreville. Loving son of Lorraine and the late William Shorts of Napanee. Cecil will be dearly missed by his extended family and all who knew him. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Cecil loved being in nature and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Aquamation has taken place.
