Catherine Loreen Harris at the age of 71 passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Lindsay, Ontario. Loreen is survived by her husband, Edward (Bud) Harris; her son Scott, his wife Shannon and their two children – Hunter and Rylan Hazelton; daughter Patti Harris and her partner Zev Edwards, daughter Krista Vanderwel, her husband Scott and their two children – Jared and Owen; her brother Stephen and his wife Julie Phelps, their daughter Robyn, their son Brent, his wife Michelle and their son Braden. Loreen was born February 25th, 1950 to Roberta and Gerald Phelps. She attended Alexandra and LCVI grade schools and graduated from Queens University. Loreen worked as a physiotherapist for Ross Memorial Hospital for 30+ years. She was involved in the Alzheimers Society as President; a member of the Lindsay Curling Club; a devoted member of Cambridge Street United Church. Loreen loved quilting, baking, gardening, travelling abroad and spoiling everyone in her family. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 20th at 11:00a.m. at the Cambridge Street United Church, 61 Cambridge Street North, Lindsay. A private interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. Click Here to Donate.
