Carl Franklyn Stevens, age 71, of Chester Basin, passed away
peacefully November 19th 2021 in South Shore Regional Hospital,
Bridgewater.
Born in Chester, he was a son of the late Burnel and Olive (Zwicker)
Stevens of Chester.
Over the years he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and going to car
shows with his 1970 Ford Galaxie 500. He had been employed at the
hardboard plant in East River for 36 years, having become a supervisor
for his last few years there.
Carl is survived by his wife of 50 years, Susan (Cleveland); daughter,
Kelly (Craig) Kingsport; son, Shawn; grandson, Tristan; granddaughter,
Jada, Chester Basin; brother, Robert (Grace).
He was predeceased by brother, David of Chester.
Cremation has taken place. No funeral by family request.
Memorial donations in memory of Carl may be made to the Victorian
Order of Nurse, Lunenburg County Branch or charity of your
choice.
