Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Candace Jacques announces her peaceful passing on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the age of 63.
Candace was born in Parry Sound in 1957. She is predeceased by her parents Garfield and Oneida Calway. Candace is survived by her children Jeffrey (Alana), Jennifer, and John, her grandchildren Aiden and Nova, her brothers Bill Calway (Diane) and John Calway (Brenda), and her sisters Dawn Lindman (Timo) and Janet Calway. She will be greatly missed by all.
Candace always made sure to take care of all her family and friends. She would be the first to make sure everyone was fed, warm, and happy. Her selfless acts of love will carry many warm memories.
She loved nature and was incredibly proud to live in her tiny home that embraced this. She loved family gatherings, and always looked forward to the guitars and fiddles coming out – along with the laughs and good times that followed.
