Bryan’s Obituary
Peacefully, surrounded by love, Bryan Edward Connor finished this part of his journey on November 25, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario. Cherished husband and best friend of Carol Connor (nee. Struthers). Beloved father of Dustin, Jennifer, John, Robert (Melony), Dustin and the late Tracey (the late Norbert). Loved grandfather of Chelsea (Gabe), Courtney (Chris), Leanne, Bradley and Rachel and great-grandfather of Olivia, Addison and Raiya. Predeceased by his sisters Mary and Geraldine (the late Neal). Bryan will dearly missed by his extended family and many dear friends.
Bryan worked for many years in hospitals in Southwestern Ontario as a Supervisor of Maintenance and Housekeeping. He was an active Deacon of New Apostolic Church in Paris. He volunteered many hours with the Kidney Foundation and served as spokesperson for the Foundation on many occasions. He was a writer and had some work published in Maclean’s Magazine. He will be remembered for his unique bass voice that could speak to a room full of people without the aid of a microphone.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at New Apostolic Church, 10 Birkinshaw Road, Cambridge, Ontario on Saturday December 4, 2021 at 11 am. Visitation will precede the service from 10 to 10:45 am. Bishop Michael Wagner will officiate. In Bryan’s memory, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (kidney.ca/) would be appreciated by the family.
