Sikes, Robert Samuel ‘Brian’
(‘Pops’ to all his racing family)
Passed away peacefully at his home in Orillia with family by his side on Monday March 8th 2021 in his 59th year. Brian is the loving father of Robbie (Kaleigh), and of Shawna. Proud grandfather of Damon, RJ, Chloe, and Jessa. Cherished son of Margaret Bowers (nee Houston) (Bob) and the late Robert Sikes. Dear brother of Kathleen Kavanaugh (Jim), Christina Morrison (Tony), and Ralph (Norma). Brian will always be remembered in the racing world as “Pops” which he lived his passion on the track at Sunset Speedway, Barrie Speedway and so many others, he will be dearly missed by his extended race track family. Brian will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews family and friends. Cremation has taken place, no visitation or services at this time.
