Obituary of Brenda Burke
BURKE, Brenda Beatrice peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Brenda Burke (nee Twigger) of Owen Sound and formerly of Wiarton in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Robert ‘Bob’ Burke. Daughter-in-law of Betty Burke of Owen Sound. Dear sister of Shirley Wright (Ed) of Clinton, John Twigger (Carol) of Wiarton, Harry ‘Hank’ Twigger (Linda Bain) of Oliphant, Karen Jackson (Ken) of Owen Sound and Keith Twigger (Carol) of Wiarton and sister-in-law of Beth Walpole (Cindy Johnson) of Wiarton and Brenda Baker (Don) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first husband David Ottewell, second husband Donald Trudeau, parents Beatrice (Skene) and William Twigger, sister Bonnie, brothers Ronny and Lonny and father-in-law William ‘Bud’ Burke.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
