Haskins, Brenda Mary:
Passed away after a lengthy illness, on the morning of December 9, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in her 65th year.
Predeceased by her father, Norman Binkle (1989).
She will be missed by her husband Brian, sons Derek and Sean (Susan), and daughter Jennifer.
Survived by four grandchildren; Brody Benton-Haskins, Lucas Carter, Liam Haskins and Avary Haskins, her mother Leona Binkle and silbings; Charles (Sherri), Barry, Beverly Swiech (Gary), Tom, Heather Binkle (David Heeney) and Margaret “Peggy” Binkle (Markus Bussmann).
Will be remembered by her in-laws; Cheryl Kline (Barry), Mark Haskins (Anita), Janice Primeau (Ken), Kevin Haskins, Sandra Haskins-Wood and many nieces and nephews.
She was employed with Loblaws for over 40 years, beginning at Zehrs Stanley Park and moving through several positions at the head office in Cambridge and Brampton.
Brenda’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Visitation will continue from 12 to 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m.
Those wishing to attend Brenda’s visitation and service must RSVP through the funeral home website or by calling 519-749-8467. As per Brenda’s wishes, all attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend.
