Beverly “Bev” Richard Tanner, of Walkerton passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Chapman House, Owen Sound at the age of 77.
Loving father of Roy (Lauren) of Spruce Grove, AB, Tammy (Chris) Fairminer of Elmwood and Jeff of London. Cherished grandfather of Steven, Danielle, Ashley, Samantha, Nicholas, Dustin, Halie and Colton and three great-grandchildren. He will be missed by his brother and sisters, Shane (Gail) Tanner of Fergus, Betty (Jack) Nelson of Edmonton, AB, Joan (Allan) Poechman and Ruth Engel all of Hanover as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bev was predeceased by his wife Karen (nee O’Brecht), son Roy John (in infancy), brother-in-law Alan Engel and parents Roy and Isabel (nee Fritz) Tanner.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Walkerton Cemetery, Walkerton.
