1940-2021
Tragically, as the result of an accident on Wednesday December 15, 2021 at the age of 81. Sadly missed by his son Rob and daughter-in-law Melanie, friend Jackie, his sisters Joan Howard and Judy Leblanc (Ron), nieces and nephew and by all his friends at Fairfield Manor. Bert loved nature, was always curious and known for his quick wit and was always ready with a joke. Bert grew up in Moncton, New Brunswick, moved to Ontario with a teaching certificate and spent many years in finance. Arrangements entrusted to the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, Carleton Place.
