Dieppe, NB ~ Bernice Bourque, 81, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, on Friday, September 3rd, 2021.
Born in Beaumont, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and the late Thérèse Bourgeois born Doucet.
Bernice will be dearly missed by her son, Raymond Bourque (Barb) of Moncton; two daughters, Diane Cormier (André) and Dorine Duguay (Robert) both of Dieppe; two sisters, Géraldine Léger (late Paul) of St-Antoine and Francine Lewandowsky (Stan) of Ambridge, Pennsylvania; one grand-daughter, Sylvie Cormier and her father, Roger Cormier; two step-grandsons, Steven and Brad; two great-grandchildren, Katie and Rowan; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Bernice was predeceased by her husband, Cléophas “Clifford” Bourque; two brothers, Ronald Bourgeois and Edgar Bourgeois.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, from 7pm to 9pm. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 from 11am until 12h30pm followed by the Funeral service at Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur RC Church in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, at 1pm. Note that wearing a face mask is not mandatory, but would be really appreciated by the family.
Donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, New Brunswick Chapter.
