Obituary
Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family, on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, Bernard Joseph Tobin, of Gaskiers, St. Mary’s Bay, aged 91 years. Predeceased by his loving son Dale, parents Mary & Joseph Tobin; brothers: Dan, Dermot and Arthur and sisters: Ellie, Theresa, Mercedes, Isabell and Mona. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, Theresa; children: Wayne (Gladys), Paul, Bonita (Loyola), Bobby (Norine) and Tina (Rod), 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews (especially Bren and Kenneth), other relatives and friends. A special thank you is extended to all his homecare workers who took care of him over the years and for being so good to him and also to the staff of 2 East West, at St. Pat’s, for their kindness, compassion and great care during Dad’s short stay there.
