Becky Hancock Collins- went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born in Knoxville, TN on October 7, 1958 to Gladys Boatman Hancock and Robert Lee Hancock. She was saved as a teenager.
Preceded in death by her father, Robert Hancock; and special aunts, Mae See and Hazel Boatman.
Survived by mother, Gladys Wolfenbarger and step-dad Glen Wolfenbarger Sr.; daughter and best friend, Jessica Collins Carpenter (Jeffrey); son, John Collins (Cadence); step grandson, Alex Carpenter; sister, Cheryl Hancock Powell Ponder (Steve) ; brother, Glen Wolfenbarger, Jr (Amber) ; her lifelong love and father to her children, Doyle Johnny Collins; and several special nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, June 14, 2021, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the service at 7:00pm officiated by Rev. Leonard Goin and Rev. Tim Muncey.
The family and friends will gather at 2:30 pm on Tuesday at Bridges Funeral Home to go in procession to Bookwalter Cemetery for the interment.
Pallbearers include Jeffrey Carpenter, Glen Wolfenbarger Jr., Ezekiel Wolfenbarger, Chad Powell, Todd Powell, Glen See Jr., and Alex Carpenter.
