Barbara “Barb” Adams (Hebb)
Amazing mother and wonderful wife, Barbara “Barb” Adams passed away on Monday March 1, 2021 in Dartmouth General Hospital at the age of 87. Barb was born in Bridgewater on May 1, 1933, the youngest of 12 children. Barb was a Registered Nurse and then a committed mother to her family in Dartmouth. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Alan; her children, Kimberly, Glen, and Gordon; grandchildren, Riley and Owen; as well as many nieces and nephews. Barb was predeceased by her brothers, Phillip, Robert, Henry, Gordon, Keith, Paul; her sisters, Shirley Crouse, Maizie Demone, Mildred Webb, Audrey LeBlanc, and Isabel Ernst. Barbara will be remembered as a loving, caring, quick-witted woman. She loved observing and “taking things in” and was always quick to praise what she saw. She was happiest at home watching the birds, enjoying flowers and vegetables from the garden and doing her puzzles. Her smile, her warmth, her joy, are all greatly missed. This has been kept short and sweet, just like Momma. Rest in peace Momma, we love you and miss you deeply
