November 19, 1968 – August 26, 2021

Ayesha Fiech peacefully and surrounded by her family passed away on Aug. 26th. Predeceased by her parents Mridula Chirimar and Ishwari Chirimar, and brother Umang Chirimar. Survived by Roshni Fiech, Akash Fiech, Heinz Herlitz, and Maya, as well as family in India, and a large circle of friends in St. John’s and abroad.
Ayesha received her Bachelor in India and her Masters in Computer Science at Kansas University. Having worked with multiple non-profit organizations, she loved spending her free time outdoors.
A passionate meditator, spiritual seeker, adventurous traveler, animal lover and avid hiker. Ayesha had a flair for creativity which she expressed through her passions such as cooking, singing, dancing and art. She had vivacious personality with a contagious smile, always making people around her laugh and making friends everywhere she went.
Well travelled, she gathered enriching life experiences in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa. She was on a journey of healing and self-discovery and sharing experiences with those on a similar path.
“Love is all you need” and “Nothing really matters” were her mottos. Ayesha was a charming and kind soul who enjoyed all aspects of life. Her love and positivity will continue to inspire all the hearts that knew her.

  1. I just learned of Ayesha’s death today after going to the Hindu Temple for the first time in a while. So sorry to hear.
