Obituary of Audrey Henry
Audrey June Henry
1926 – 2021
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the peaceful passing of Audrey June Henry on Monday December 20th, at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late Allan Henry, and loving mother to her four children: Tim Henry (Sue), Margaret Doelman (John), Bill Henry (Kim), and the late Janet Dundas (Brian). She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, including her ten grandchildren – Tyler, Melissa, Matt, Jenny, Colin, Christopher, Patrick, Kimmy & Allan – and four great-grandchildren: Easton, Asher, Burke & Finn.
Born in Ottawa to May Louise Carroll and William Dougan, Audrey will be remembered as a selfless and caring human being who dedicated her life to helping others, whether they were her children, her neighbours, or members of the Rideau Park United Church community. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Maplewood Retirement Home for their attentive and loving care.
There will be a celebration of life for friends and family in the near future.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Audrey

  1. To the family of Audrey.
So sad to hear of the passing of Audrey. She and our mom, Mary Landreville, were good friends for many years and I remember several pleasant visits with Audrey in the last few years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
    Lorne Landreville and family
