Obituary of Arthur J. Soper
Arthur Soper suddenly passed away Nov 18 2021 of congestive heart failure. He was born and raised in Brockville and returned many years later in the 2000s to live in the area.
He will be sorely missed by his two sons Colin and Brendan as well as his sister Diane Watson and her family. He was loved and appreciated by his colleagues at Precision Diesel, mainly Nanda Wubs- Huizenga and her son Matt.
I, his son Colin, am extremely grateful that he got meet his grandson Lorne before his death. My father had a big heart and although suffered hardships and addiction continued to help others.
A simple celebration of his life will be held December 18 12pm-4pm at 90 Yonge Mills Rd., Lyn, ON.

You will be missed by all of us Art, You can finally be at peace with your wife.
I am devasted and heart broken to learn of Art Soper passing. I have been blessed to know Art and his family for over 35 years. My heart goes out to his beautful sons and grandson. It is true that Art had many challenges through out his life but I know he over came them all and came out being the most generous, caring and best friend a person could ever ask for. He stood by me and was always there with his wit, sense of humor that always made me laugh and appreciate life to the fullest. I was trying to reach him to wish him a happy birthday for tomorrow, same day as my 93 year old dad. Colin if you are reading this please reach out to me as I wish pay my respects to my dearest friend. The tears will not stop for a longtime. Miss you, love you and know the kindest soul I have ever met is in a good place. Blair and Jill Williams.
