Obituary
Annie Chudyk of Fork River, Manitoba passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the age of 86 years.
A Private Funeral Service will be held for Annie on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin with Very Rev Father Oleg Bodnarski officiating.
Interment will follow in the Winnipegosis & District Cemetery.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Annie may be made to CNIB – (Brandon, MB Chapter) , Diabetes Canada, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba .
