THIBODEAU, Anita E. – Age 81 of La Villa Acadienne, Meteghan, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in La Villa. Born in Bear Cove, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Rose Anne (Doucet) Comeau.
She is survived by her children, Steve Robichaud (Nancy), Allan Thibodeau (Shelley), and Wanda Thibdeau (Gaston); grandchildren, Corrine, Myra, Tyler, Coady, Kaylene, Joline; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Gerald Robichaud; 2nd husband, Norman Thibodeau; sons, Hazen Robichaud, Brian Robichaud, Hazen Thibodeau. Anita was the last surviving sibling of her immediate family.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. Due to provincial Covid-19 regulations, a private ceremony will be held at a later date, with burial in Stella Maris Cemetery, Meteghan Centre.
Donations may be made to La Villa Acadienne Recreation Program Fund.
