CHAPUT, André Joseph – Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at Riverview Heights Retirement Residence on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 in his 96th year. André Chaput of Petawawa, beloved husband of the late Elmire Marie Chaput (nee Delorme). Loving father of Paul (Faye), Richard, Henri (Kathy) and Simone (Cyril) Kelly. Also survived by sister Agnes Bichon, and by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Flavien and Anna Chaput (nee Marion), and by son Joe. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Heights and others who contributed to his care. Respecting André’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Petawawa on Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment of Ashes will take place in St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED AT THE CHURCH AT ANY GIVEN TIME – FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MASS. Please feel free to bring your own face mask/covering or one will be supplied to you upon arrival. (Please RSVP at www.nevillefuneralhome.ca or call the funeral home between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 613-732-7481 if you wish to attend the MASS).
