Moncton, NB, – It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Allen Alward at the age of 73 years, devoted husband of 53 years to Sharon (nee Cassidy). Beloved father of Anthony Alward (Sheila) and Tanya Coleman (Jason).
Allen retired after 32 years of service as a Heavy Equipment Operator at CN Intermodal where he was well respected.
He is survived by his mother, Bea Alward and sister Nadine Silk (Randall); sister-in-law, Barb Mclaughlin (Yvon). Also left to mourn are nephews: Troy, Darrel, Jeff, Craig, his niece Haley and several great nieces and nephews.
Allen was predeceased by his father, Lester Alward.
In respect to Allen’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no Funeral Service. A private family internment will be held at a later date at Scotch Settlement Cemetery.
