Obituary for
Aimé Larivée
Larivée, Aimé (1927-2021)
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Aimé Camille Larivée at Timmins and District Hospital on Friday December 10th, 2021 with his family by his side at the age of 94 years. He is pre-deceased by his parents, beloved wife Edna, his six sisters and four brothers and many nieces and nephews. Additionally, he leaves behind his children Jane Frapporti (Frank), James Larivée, his two granddaughters Aimie Levasseur and Carley Dupras (Nick) and his great grandson Lincoln. Aimé was an exceptional and brilliant man whose humour will live on with all those that he met throughout his life. He knew how to make a lasting impression and always had a way of making people laugh. He passed no judgement on anyone and always educated himself through books, even to his very last day. He is and always will be known for his sense of humour, his funny jokes and stories. Aimé lived a humble life with no regrets and is at peace with his beloved wife, Edna. In light of his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. A celebration of life will occur at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Timmins Food Bank would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
