BELLINGER, Winston Robert
It is with great sadness that the family of Winston Bellinger announce his sudden passing, Saturday October 31st, 2020. Winston was in his 79th year. Loving husband of Heather (Cameron). Loving dad of Paula (Jeff McAuley) of Goderich & Susan (John Osborne) of Ottawa. Proud grandpa of Paul & Grace McAuley. He will be deeply missed by his extended family and friends. Son of the late Robert & Violet (Hitsman) Bellinger, dear brother of the late Jack & (late Jane). Winston was a smart businessman whose career began at Canada Trust as a Mortgage Broker, he then ran the Allis-Chalmers L. J. Cameron Equipment dealership in Vernon from 1970 to 1988. He was privileged to have had the opportunity to follow the family run business from his father-in-law the late Leonard J. Cameron. Winston loved to farm and to provide for his family on the Vernon View farm “just outside of the village”. Winston was active in the community and was well respected. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family will have a private service scheduled at a later date. For those who wish, donations can be made in memory of Winston to the Osgoode Care Centre or the Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
