Obituary of William James Weir
William James Weir was born in September, 1964 in Pinebluff, Sask. to Madeleine Greenleaf (Goulet). He grew up in Melfort, Sk where he received all his schooling. Through his life, William lived in several communities including Melfort, Tisdale, and Saskatoon. In 1991, he was reunited with his family and came to live in Cumberland House.
William had a daughter, Nikkita Chaboyer and a granddaughter, Kylie Crane. William spent his time doing carpentry work and odd jobs. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends.
William was predeceased by his mother: Madeleine; his sister: Lorraine; his brothers: Irvin & Rudy; his nephew: Patrick Norman Thomas; his grandparents: William & Rosalie Greenleaf; his uncle: Horace Greenleaf; his Aunties: Marie Deschambeault, Marie Greenleaf & Hazel Greenleaf.
William is survived by his daughter: Nikkita Chaboyer; his granddaughter: Kylie Crane; his stepfather: Robert Joseph Goulet; his sister: Alma Goulet; his brothers: John, Logan & Tassie; his Auntie: Josie Silvernagle; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
