MACMAHON, William Douglas (Bill)
September 16, 1944 – September 17, 2020
Peacefully at the Lennox-Addington County General Hospital (LACGH), after a courageous battle quietly endured with dignity and grace. Predeceased by his beloved partner, Linda Buchanan, and their faithful companion, Meegie. Son of the late William and Germaine MacMahon, and brother of the late Patricia (Anton Rodler Sr). Survived by his nephew, Anton Rodler Jr.
Bill was a long time employee of General Motors in Montreal and in retirement greatly enjoyed being a school bus driver in Kingston. Always a kind, jolly gentleman, Bill will be sadly missed by his family, friends and constant companion, L’Ami. May he now sing with the angels, and Elvis, too.
Sincere appreciation to LACGH for their professional care, kindness and compassion extended to Bill and family. A private graveside service will be held in Harrington, Quebec. Memorial donations may be made to the LACGH (LACGHfoundation.com).
