William (Bill)’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of William (Bill) Darius Dyke announces his passing at the age of 86. Bill passed on November 11, 2020 at Western Memorial hospital, Corner Brook.
Bill is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Shirley, of 58 years. He also leaves his children; Dennis (Sabine), Cindy (Roland), Ricky (Doreen), Paula (Bill), Paulette (Andy), Roger (Rosa), Cathy (Dwayne), 14 grand children, 14 great-grand children and many loving nieces and nephews to mourn. He is predeceased by his parents Aubrey and Susanna Dyke and his siblings Winston, Wilfred, Jean, Beatrice, Beryl, Alice, and his twin sister Elizabeth.
Bill’s family was his world. He was a very proud, loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved unconditionally and worked hard all his life to support his family. His love and kindness will be sadly missed.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Deer Lake Manor for all their kindness, care and support.
A viewing will be held at Parsons Funeral Home, Deer Lake on Friday November 13th, 2020 from 3-5pm. The funeral will be held at Parsons Funeral Home at 1:00 pm on Saturday November 14th, 2020.
