Wayne J. Browne
1953-2020
It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of our
beloved father, grandfather and brother Wayne Joseph Browne at the age
of 67 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his loving
parents James and Rose Browne, siblings Patricia, Madonna and Jim,
brother in law Tony and playful pups Rocky and Casey.
Leaving to mourn are his children Jamilee (Shane), Ryan
(Andrea), Morgan (Matthew), Caden and the mothers of his children
Jenny and Linda. Also, his chipmunks Olivia Fay, Heidi, Ethan,
Griffin, Jaxon, Lexi and Ainslee who were his utmost pride and joy and
his dog Rocky 2.
He leaves behind his siblings Sharon, Douglas (Linda),
Stella (Gerald), Daphane (Ed), Rosemary (Dougie) and a large circle of
nieces and nephews all of whom hold fun, loving memories near and
close to their hearts.
Wayne was hard working, determined and devoted. A
grandfather who took part in every event, celebration and hockey game
possible as he travelled many arenas throughout the province as his
chipmunks biggest fan. He always faced the storm head on and overcame
anything that came his way. His strength and determination was
something to be admired.
Our heartfelt gratitude is extended to the staff of Eastern
Health, especially those at Placentia Health Center, who have provided
care on so many levels over the years. To Andrea and Sharon, your
love, strength, support and compassion is what provided us with
comfort as you cared for him until his journeys end.
