JOHNSON, Wallace Timothy “Tim”
Tim Johnson died peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, June 8, 2020. He was in his 73rd year. Tim was the proud father of Michael (Carolle) of Sturgeon Falls and Jamie (Sue) of Callander. He was the much-loved grandfather of Ben (Cheryl), Dylan, Jake, Brittney, Brookelyn, and great-grandchildren Colt, Jacob and Chelsey. He was the dear brother of Nancy (Dick Lott) and nephew to Pat (Earl) Purdon of Powassan. Tim was predeceased by his parents Jessie Elizabeth “Betty” (Moore) and Alvin James Johnson. Tim was a linesman and later a customer service rep with Ontario Hydro for almost 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and had a passion for hunting and fishing. Cremation has taken place with Forest Lawn Crematorium. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Donations in Tim’s memory can be made with the Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Society.
