WOXMAN, Violet – Peacefully at home on Saturday, December 5, 2020, Violet Grace Woxman, nee Goodwin of London in her 101st year.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Joseph Woxman (2003). She will be lovingly remembered by her children Heather Manness and Bob Woxman (Cathy); grandchildren Deborah (Edward Baillargeon), Diane (Mike McSwiggan), Jennifer (Warren Hodgson), Jeffrey Manness, Bob Woxman (Nicole Gauthier); 11 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by brother Wilfred. Also missed by cousin Pat MacKay.
Violet lived a quiet, full life. She was a positive thinker who inspired confidence in her family. With several close friends, she enjoyed golf and bowling. She was also the consummate host of dinner parties at her home. Creative and talented, Violet especially loved painting in water-colours. The family would like thank her health care team; St. Elizabeth Health Care, Southwest LHIN, London Health Sciences, and the Palliative Care Team of Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Khairandish.
Private family service at Harris Funeral Home. Interment Woodhull Cemetery. Memorial contributions to London Health Sciences Foundation would be appreciated.
