Passed away suddenly
at home on July 6, 2020 at the age of 55.
Predeceased by his
parents Jerry and Mary Coffey.
Left with fond and
loving memories his wife and best friend Jackie, brother Jerry
(Wanda), sisters Karen Trask, Janet Richards and Susan Coffey, as well
as a large circle of friends, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and
extended family (Prices and Barrys), especially his mother-in-law
Annie Barry.
Cremation has taken place. Private family
visitation will take place with inurnment at Dermot McGettigan
Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
Donations in Vaughn’s memory may be made to the
Heart and Stroke
Foundation.
