Obituary for Chris(tina) Thomson, nee Duncan.
August 9, 1926 – October 13th, 2020.
It is with great sadness and much love that we say good-bye to our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Chris Thomson. She leaves to cherish her memory her four children: Laureen Watters, Lorne Thomson, Lloyd Thomson & Loretta Lee and families which include 9 and half great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Bill Thomson, her parents: William and Mona Duncan, her sister, Grace Rooney and one grandson, Vance Watters as well as many relatives from Canada and the UK.
There will be a Celebration of Life service on November 7th, 2020 @ 11am @ Dayspring Presbyterian Church for family and a few close friends due to Covid. Interment of her ashes will be at a later date for family only.
We would like to thank Covenant Health Foyer Lacombe for all the care, kindness and hymns sung.
Memorial donations can be made to any of the following: The Blind Mission, Doctors without Borders, Kidney Foundation or Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
