SMIGAROWSKI, Theda Agnes
Peacefully entered into rest on Thursday, January 30th, 2020 at the Pinecrest Nursing Home, Plantagenet, Ontario. Theda Smigarowski (nee Cole) formerly of Belleville, died at the age of 101. She was the daughter of the late Richard & Carrie Cole (nee Harris) and wife of the late Richard. She is predeceased by her husband Michael Smigarowski. Theda was the loving mother of Marilyn Gumienny (nee Smigarowski) of Long Sault, Ontario and she will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Tina ( Ron) and Rene (Lauren) and great grandchildren Alexis and Liam. Theda is predeceased by her brothers Julius, Harris and baby Gordon.
In keeping with Theda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588). Theda’s cremated remains will be interred at Beechwood Cemetery and Crematorium in Vaughan ON at a later date.
