Stephanie Steph Horn Wednesday September 9th 2020

Stephanie “Steph” Margaret Horn, 33, of Toronto, Ontario, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2020 with her mom and sister by her side, after 32 years of proving everyone wrong.
Steph was quite possibly the best secret keeper in all of Ontario. You could tell her anything and everything, but if she got bored of you going on and on, she’d let you know by falling asleep. Or at least, by pretending to fall asleep. We always knew. But we let her play her games.
While a trickster, she had the biggest heart. Half of it went to Michael Bublé, the other half went to her family. Oh, and any and all animals. There wasn’t a creature that Steph didn’t love, or that didn’t love her in return.
Concerts and the theater brought her almost as much joy as the feeling of wind on her face. Time spent outside with the fresh air on her (annoyingly perfect) skin would bring out her biggest smiles and laughs.
Steph is survived by her mother, Karen Horn (nee Kingerski), her father, David Horn, big sister Jennifer Horn, Aunts and Uncles; Virginia, Ron and Gail, Bob and Margaret, Rose and Norm, Kathy and Steve, Diane, Jeff. Cousins; Derek (Laurie), Olivia, Kurt, Craig (Angie), Brittany (Joshua), Levi, Andrew, Rick, Rob, Mathew (Cassandra), Patrick, Amanda (Susan), Emma, Aria, Jason, Ryan, Diana (Carolyn), Matthew (Rae), Michael (Rickie), Remy, Lyndsey (Kob), Tao, Kristin (Andrew), Owen, Isla, Emily, John (Tina), Abby, Lily-Anna, Joshua (Marisa), Adam. Last but not least, her best friend, Victoria
Family and Friends may visit at the MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME. 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill. 4th traffic light north of Major Mackenzie drive. On September 19th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm only.
The family regretfully declines flowers and would appreciate donations to feed the animals at the Toronto zoo.

What Life Should Be by Pat A. Fleming
To learn while still a child
What this life is meant to be.
To know it goes beyond myself,
It’s so much more than me.
To overcome the tragedies,
To survive the hardest times.
To face those moments filled with pain,
And still manage to be kind.
To fight for those who can’t themselves,
To always share my light.
With those who wander in the dark,
To love with all my might.
To still stand up with courage,
Though standing on my own.
To still get up and face each day,
Even when I feel alone.
To try to understand the ones
That no one cares to know.
And make them feel some value
When the world has let them go.
To be an anchor, strong and true,
That person loyal to the end.
To be a constant source of hope
To my family and my friends.
To live a life of decency,
To share my heart and soul.
To always say I’m sorry
When I’ve harmed both friend and foe.
To be proud of whom I’ve tried to be,
And this life I chose to live.
To make the most of every day
By giving all I have to give.
To me that’s what this life should be,
To me that’s what it’s for.
To take what life has given me
And make it so much more
To live a life that matters,
To be someone of great worth.
To love and be loved in return
And make my mark on Earth.
