Date: November 15th, 2020
Sherri-Ann Nearing of Tofield, AB passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 56 years.
She was the loving wife and best friend of her husband Leonard for over 30 years. She was a graduate of NAIT and an Epcor employee for many years. It was a career which she loved and enjoyed and was excellent at. She loved to camp, fish, and their trip to the Rocky Mountains, and their travels to the East Coast to visit family and friends. Lately she enjoyed spending time on their acreage, gardening, cooking, and looking after their pets, Jackson and Josh.
She leaves to mourn her husband Leonard; sister Lee Ann (Paul); nephews Richard and Ryan; brothers Bart and Sean; sister-in-law Linda (Teddy) and their sons Dana and Christopher; and brother-in-law Russell (Flo).
Leonard wishes to thank all the family and friends and co-workers who have given their love, prayers, and support. A special thank-you to Sue and Wade, Glen and Darleen, and our great friends for many, many years, Harold and Cindy and their son Aaron. Also much appreciation to the staff on the ICU ward at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their compassion and care shown to Sherri in her final days and hours.
Due to covid19 restrictions no formal service will be held. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers please give to your local Mental Health Association.
MAY SHE REST IN PEACE
