DEREK MICHAEL SAWCHYN, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the age of 44 years.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 3:00 PM. The Service will be live streamed and may be accessed via Derek’s obituary on the Cornerstone website.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Derek, donations may be made to the Purrfect Endings Cat Rescue (e-transfers to sixfourballz@telus.net are gratefully accepted).
