Avard, Ruby Elizabeth – Peacefully at Health Sciences North on Dec 8th, 2020 at the age of 77. Wife of the late Andre Avard. Dedicated mother to Kim Shannon (Dave Provincial), Suzanne Wreggitt, Tom Shannon, Randy Rex and pre-deceased by son Michael Shannon. Grandmother to Candice (Mat) and Ashley Provincial (Myke) and Hudson, Katrina (Jason) and Zachary Wreggitt and babysitter to the Labine children and so many more little ones. Sister to Hilda French (Cal), and sister in law to Denise Avard (Eef) and Alfred Avard (Carmen). Lifelong friend to Edna Comeau and special Godmother to Jimmy Comeau. The family would like to thank the staff at Health Sciences North 8th floor for their care and compassion in her remaining days. Ruby was a unique women, determined in all that she did with a one of a kind personality that nobody will soon forget. At Ruby’s request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Park Lawn Cremation Services.
