The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 of Romuald Junior Larocque. He was aged 57 years and formerly of Souris, PE. He leaves behind his beloved son Andrew Larocque and dear mother Genevieve MacDonald (Bernie MacDonald). Junior will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his siblings Lorraine Robertson (Darrell), Sharon White Miles (Rupert), Lyn Chaisson (Butch), Mildred Larocque (Edward) and Jason Larocque (Shannon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to acknowledge Junior’s cousin and special friendship with Roddie Clements. He was always there to lend a helping hand and spend time with him. Junior is predeceased by his father Romuald Larocque Sr. and special nephew Conrad Chaisson.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where visiting hours will take place for immediate family only. A funeral mass will be held at the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Souris with interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations made to the Souris Hospital or the PEI Lung Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
