1941- 2020
Rick passed away peacefully in Saskatoon , Saskatchewan surrounded by his family on November 26, 2020 at the age of 79 years. He was born on April 30, 1941 in Saskatoon , SK. Rick was a voracious reader and had an ability to fix virtually anything. He loved nature, music and bird watching. He and his loving wife Darlene were married for 57 years, having been married in Saskatoon on May 29, 1963. Rick is survived by his wife, Darlene; their 3 children, Scott (Sylvie), Jason, (Lori), and Tania (John); two grandchildren Jade and Sage and sister-in-law, Lorraine and special family friend Jeff. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation and or the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. The family would like to thank Dr. A. Shenouda, and RUH for their care, kindness and compassion during Rick’s Journey. “When You Can’t Put Your Prayer into Words, God Hears Your Heart”
