1943-2020
Richard Leroy Lockhart of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away unexpectedly
at the Upper River Valley Hospital on June 2, 2020.
Richard was born in Listerville, NB, on February 11, 1943. He was the
son of the late Clifford and Margaret (Browning) Lockhart. Richard
leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Beatrice Lockhart
(Brayson); his daughter, Barbara Lockhart of Fredericton, NB; his
sons, Peter Lockhart (Kim) of Fredericton, NB, Jeffrey Lockhart
(Tracy) of Fredericton, NB, Wesley Lockhart (Lisa) of Scotland; his
seven grandchildren; his sisters, Carol Andersen (Ray) of Bairdsville,
NB, Lee Longstaff of Bairdsville, NB; his brother, Daniel Lockhart
(Joan) of Woodstock, NB.
Richard was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Alice Dineen; his
brother, Joseph Lockhart; his granddaughter, Bella Lockhart; his
brother-in-law, Stephen Longstaff; and his brother and sister-in-law,
Robert and Charlotte Goodale.
Respecting Richard’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
service held. A private graveside will be held at a later date.
Interment will be in St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Cemetery.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Making a Difference Food
Bank would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
