Obituary of Raymond Kubusheskie
Peacefully at Granite Ridge in Stittsville on Monday evening, July 13, 2020; Raymond Kubusheskie, formerly of Round Lake Centre passed away at the age of 77 years. Beloved son of the late Stephen and Susan (nee Luckovitch) Kubusheskie; formerly of Round Lake Centre. Raymond is survived by his brother, Leonard (Vivian) and his sister, Roseanne Campbell. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Raymond was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident in 1963, He spent many subsequent years in the amazing care of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Ottawa before moving to Granite Ridge in Stittsville where he spent the final decade of his life. The family wish to express heartfelt gratitude to the management and staff of Granite Ridge for the dignified manner with which they cared for Raymond. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Casimir’s Church, Round Lake Centre on Saturday morning, September 26th at 11 o’clock. Interment Parish Cemetery. Covid-19 protocols will be in effect. In memory of Raymond, please consider a donation to St. Casimir’s Church, Round Lake Centre.
